As much as I say I love every band that I post.. I Really love this band.
The first time I heard them was in 2009 when their hit song “Home” came out. That was a perfect introduction that I could have asked for from this band. Ever since that song came out, I set up a Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros playlist on my Pandora just so I could hear more of their songs as well as bands who sounded similar.

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros – “40 Day Dream”

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros is an Indie Band that was formed in Los Angeles, CA in 2007. The band’s lead vocalist, Alex Ebert actually was the genius behind Edward Sharpe. He eventually met, Jade Castrinos, outside a cafe in CA which led them to write songs together. They ended up having a romantic relationship, which did not last, that added on 10 more people to the mix. Interesting story behind this band, but I just love every bit of it. They make great music so I don’t even care if they have 30 people in the band.

This is another happy, feel-good tune. Great Friday song. Enjoy!
